Supervision
I offer supervision services to clinicians both pre- and post-licensure. When I finished my degree and became a therapist, I initially felt lost. I didn’t know what part of the field I wanted to work in. I didn’t understand the business of the mental health field enough to chart a course. Eventually I figured these things out, but with a proper guide I would have gotten there much more quickly. In offering supervision services, I want to offer that guidance to others. I want to help clinicians figure out how to make the most of their skills and build fulfilling careers in private practice.
I have received extensive training in the Constructive Clinical Supervision model from the founder, Dr. Doug Guiffrida. I help clinicians develop their approach and identify pathways to grow as providers. I can offer clinical supervision services to licensed mental health practitioners seeking continued growth as professionals. Additionally, for pre-licensed providers I can provide supervised billing services and guidance on developing your practice. See below.

I supervise pre-licensed clinicians which allows them to bill under my license and to work towards licensure themselves.
